Cupping @ Downtown Coffee Hawaii
We had a most excellent time cupping coffee with Shawn Steimen, author of “The Hawai’i Coffee Book – A Gourmet’s Guide from Kona to Kaua’i”. All coffees were from Downtown Coffee- 1. Organic Sumatra Mandheling 2. Kaua’i Estate Reserve 3. Costa Rica Terazzu and 4. Yemen Mocca Sanani. Great learning experience – we are SURE to do more in the future.
